Cyber Strike News is written and maintained by a small, independent editorial team. We stay anonymous as individuals, but our work is accountable: every article links to the sources it is based on, and corrections are published openly.

Who we are

The team has professional backgrounds in threat intelligence and security automation. We build and run the tooling that tracks new vulnerabilities, exploited flaws and breach reports, and we use it to cover the stories that matter to defenders: SOC analysts, system administrators and IT security teams.

How we verify a story

  • We start from primary sources where they exist: vendor advisories, the NVD record and the CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities catalogue.
  • We check CVE IDs, affected and fixed versions, CVSS scores and KEV dates against those records before publishing.
  • News outlets are cited for reporting on incidents, and each article ends with a Sources section.
  • When a detail has not been published, we say so once and avoid guessing.

How we use automation

We use AI tools and automation to help collect, summarise and draft stories from the sources we cite. Our Editorial Policy explains how AI assistance is used and disclosed.
